Amplitude, Inc., the leading digital analytics platform, is debuting Amplitude AI Agents, a capability that transforms the Amplitude platform with a suite of specialized experts, capable of improving team efficiency and efficacy. Akin to capturing and distributing advanced Amplitude expertise, these agents allow any team to explore, test, and iterate faster than ever before, according to the company.
With Amplitude AI Agents, enterprise teams can transcend common resource constraints and laborious tasks that inhibit more strategic and creative problem solving. Amplitude’s agents alleviate a variety of tasks—such as monitoring data, detecting patterns and changes, watching user sessions, forming hypotheses, running experiments, shipping changes, and monitoring impact—that enable teams to focus on more critical work.

At its core, Amplitude AI Agents recognizes the shift toward an agentic enterprise and forwards a multi-agent management approach. Amplitude offers several different case-specific AI Agent templates, including:
- Website Conversion Agent: Monitors performance metrics before issues impact the business. Upon detecting a conversion drop, the agent immediately analyzes user sessions to identify where and why users are abandoning the funnel, and then suggests the next steps.
- Onboarding Agent: Identifies when users hesitate or leave the onboarding process, automatically generating in-app guides tailored for the user segments that are struggling with specific steps.
- Feature Adoption Agent: Surfaces how different groups are interacting with your latest product features, identifying who is finding value and where, where users are dropping off, and what will increase user adoption. The agent will further recommend next steps for improvement.
- Monetization Agent: Detects when a user is ready to upgrade, purchase, or try out a premium feature, based on a variety of signals. It can further suggest the right way to engage that user through elements such as in-product messages or special offers.
Notably, Amplitude AI Agents are not about replacing human functions—in fact, it emphasizes a human-in-the-loop approach that centers customer control. Users determine the level of autonomy that their AI agents have, paired with the ability to set guardrails and limits as they evolve. The AI agents never make customer-facing changes without approval; the AI agents work for you, not the other way around, as Amplitude explained.
