Squirro, a global leader in enterprise-grade generative AI and knowledge graph technology, announced the general availability of its May 2026 Long-Term Support (LTS) platform update, enabling organizations to accelerate high-value business processes and optimize operational costs by directly addressing core challenges in AI precision, regulatory compliance, and DevOps agility.

“The enterprise AI conversation has shifted from broad capabilities to measurable bottom-line impact,” said Dave Clarke, CEO of Squirro. “This LTS release delivers the granular precision and deployment agility required to help organizations expand their AI capabilities across the enterprise and accelerate core business cycles while significantly reducing the total cost of ownership for global AI infrastructure.”

As AI is utilized across thousands of employees and complex workflows, the risk of an incorrect or out-of-context answer grows. Squirro’s latest update ensures that AI responses are always drawn from defined contextual data (client, project, dataset) directly grounding output, according to the company.

“As our clients scale complex use cases across thousands of users, the margin for error shrinks to zero,” said Jan Ebner, head of product at Squirro. “By introducing entity-based filtering and refining our agentic tool execution, they can use the AI with the right tools for complex, multi-step reasoning with unprecedented stability, ensuring answers are grounded in and validated against the right data.”

To support the increasingly complex regulatory requirements of global enterprises, the May LTS advances Squirro’s zero-trust governance architecture, the company said.

This update actively prevents unauthorized data leakage across complex, multi-silo enterprise hierarchies. A new all-permissions match validation logic ensures strict data access compliance, supported by intelligent role-based fallback mechanisms.

Furthermore, the direct integration of existing access control lists (ACLs) ensures that governance is securely enforced from the moment data enters the Squirro platform, minimizing the risk of costly compliance failures, said the vendor.

Rolling out AI across a global enterprise is time-consuming and expensive for DevOps teams. The LTS update unifies modern infrastructure with high fidelity data parsing, speeding up the time required for testing, validation and upgrades. The result is less friction between development and production, and more time focused on business outcomes rather than infrastructure management, said Squirro.

To align with modern IT workflows, the release unifies modernized infrastructure with high-fidelity data parsing, directly accelerating deployment speed for enterprise DevOps teams.

The introduction of official support for single-node containerization allows for standardized, repeatable deployments that integrate smoothly into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This drastically reduces the time required for testing, validation, and upgrades, said Squirro.
