Her work supports operating leaders in strengthening coordination, accelerating AI adoption, and reducing duplication while preserving entrepreneurial autonomy.

She completed an Executive MBA in Artificial Intelligence and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership, where her research explores systems thinking, organizational learning, and AI-enabled transformation in complex institutions.
