Tara Mobley is the Chief Executive Officer of Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll PC, where she leads the firm’s strategic growth, operational performance, and long-term sustainability initiatives. Appointed as the firm’s first CEO in 2025, she oversees business operations, infrastructure, profitability, and organizational strategy while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Tara has held senior operational roles across legal, financial, technology, manufacturing, and professional services organizations. Prior to joining Stein Sperling, she served as CEO of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett PC, where she led firmwide operations including finance, human resources, business development, information systems, facilities, and risk management.

Recognized for building high-performing teams and scalable operational systems, Tara’s expertise includes organizational development, workforce strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and operational transformation. She is known for aligning strategy with execution and helping organizations navigate change while strengthening culture and performance.

A frequent speaker and panelist, Tara has appeared at leadership and professional development conferences focused on organizational culture, workforce transformation, and the evolving role of AI in professional services. She was named to The Daily Record’s Top 100 Women in Maryland for 2026 and currently serves as an Executive in Residence at Penn State Behrend’s Black School of Business.
