Call for Speakers

Deadline is May 4

Designing Adaptive Organizations with Enterprise AI

As GenAI matures beyond experimentation and isolated point solutions, organizations are entering a new phase of enterprise intelligence. AI tools are becoming part of everyday work, participating in workflows, decision making, and knowledge creation rather than sitting on the sidelines. The question is no longer whether AI works, but how it works with people, systems, and organizational knowledge at scale.

The 2026 Enterprise AI World conference explores how organizations are designing AI-enabled environments that support collaboration, learning, and responsible use in real operational settings. From informal “vibe coding” and rapid prototyping to agents that support software builds, content pipelines, analytics, and even marketing campaigns, AI is reshaping how work gets done across industries.

Knowledge professionals, architects, and technologists play a central role in this shift. Their work connects human expertise, institutional context, and intelligent systems, ensuring that AI is understandable, governable, and aligned with organizational goals.

We are seeking speakers who can share real-world experience in these types of scenarios:
  • How teams are using agent-based and collaborative AI tools to support analysis, development, and operational workflows
  • Practical approaches to human–AI collaboration and collective sensemaking in complex organizations
  • Integrating human-centric AI with enterprise knowledge assets, including content, taxonomies, search, and data platforms
  • Governance practices that address reliability, transparency, and security, including the use of private or self-hosted AI tools alongside commercial platforms
  • Lessons learned from moving AI initiatives into production, including what worked, what didn’t, and what changed along the way

This 3-day conference brings together practitioners who are aligning AI capabilities with organizational knowledge, culture, and business needs. Attendees will gain practical insight into how AI is actually being used, managed, and adapted inside organizations.

Join us this November to share how human-centric AI is changing the way your organization works and what you are learning along the way.
