Catch Emerges from Stealth with $5M to Debut Agentic Admin Assistant for Business Leaders

Catch, an agentic admin assistant built for business leaders, is announcing it received $5M in a recent seed round, enabling the company to accelerate its mission to solve daily admin pains for executives, proving AI agents can move beyond analysis and reporting toward active decision-making.

The seed round was co-led by Entrée Capital and Pitango, with participation from Seedcamp and Factorial Capital.

Synced directly to an executive’s activities, Catch undertakes intuitive and proactive tasks, all without the need for the executive to learn new tools or to orchestrate complicated workflows, according to the company.

Focusing solely on admin, not analysis or writing code, if Catch spots a flight booked with no hotel attached, it will check rates at the executive’s usual hotel and ask whether to book it, which is the kind of judgment call a proactive human assistant would make without being told. Catch can coordinate with the executive’s guests to schedule meetings, book travel, handle follow-ups to correspondence and more—drastically reducing the admin burden, the company said.

Catch works out the box within minutes of syncing, building a profile of the executive, who they work with, how they like to meet and travel, and starts acting on it over text, email, Slack or phone, with no new tool or UI to learn. Human input is only needed when a decision genuinely requires it.
