ProcessMaker Spring 2025 Release Supports AI Agent Orchestration
ProcessMaker, a global leader in AI-enriched business process automation (BPA) and process intelligence, is introducing its Spring 2025 Platform Release, expanding the platform’s AI features and streamlining process design and execution.
Available now, the release introduces several major features, and a collection of updates and enhancements designed to improve how users design and manage intelligent processes, according to the company.
RAG Collections are new data sources that allow Genies, ProcessMaker’s versatile LLM task agents, to access organization-specific data for training and context, enabling more relevant automation and decision support.
Additional Hit Policies for Decision Tables allow the design of richer business rules by supporting different ways to evaluate multiple or overlapping rules. This feature is ideal for policies involving layered results, such as multiple discounts or approvals, and eliminates the need for custom scripting.
VarFinder improves the process design experience by making it easy to search, access, and reuse recently used variables directly from a side panel within the design environment.
The new Process Intelligence Chrome Extension expands data collection capabilities to users on any operating system. With a simple key-based setup, individuals can join their team’s workspace and begin contributing process intelligence data immediately.
“We’re thrilled to bring these new features to our platform,” said Jose Maldonado, VP of product at ProcessMaker. “As we evolve from traditional BPA to empowering users to orchestrate AI agents across workflows, these updates are a major leap forward in usability, flexibility, and intelligent automation.”
This release also includes a variety of upgrades across the platform to make automation easier and faster.
AI Process Generation with Templates simplifies process creation using reusable design patterns. DevLink Updates enhance integrations with development environments, while PM Block Enhancements bring more flexibility to modular process building. Modeler Menu Improvements streamline navigation and access to key tools, and Refined Default Notifications improve clarity and reduce noise for end users.
Together, these enhancements reaffirm ProcessMaker’s commitment to delivering intuitive, scalable tools that help organizations automate smarter, the company said.
