SeekrFlow Closes the AI Enablement Gap with Alignment and Explainability at its Core

Seekr, the artificial intelligence company that fuels innovation and unlocks productivity for businesses of all industries through responsible and explainable AI solutions, is debuting SeekrFlow, a complete, end-to-end AI platform for training, validating, deploying, and scaling trusted enterprise AI applications. Designed in response to the rampant barriers in the adoption and successful management of AI projects, SeekrFlow is an intuitive platform delivering principle alignment technology and an explainability toolset for trustworthy, valuable AI implementation.

“As we took our trust-based AI products to market, and truly listened to our customers' problems and needs, it was abundantly clear that many enterprise AI projects were hitting a wall and stalling due to three core problems: errors and hallucinations, spiraling costs without obvious returns, and overwhelming complexity,” explained Rob Clark, president and CTO of Seekr. “With AI being a strategic directive for most, if not all, enterprises, trying to navigate these problems and recognize true ROI, was a minefield, and there was no obvious single solution.”

Spurred by this gap in AI enablement, SeekrFlow empowers enterprises to simplify and streamline the path toward tangible ROI for AI projects—enabling users to build a production-grade large language model (LLM) in 30 minutes or less, according to the company. Delivered as an easy-to-use web UI, SeekrFlow works to democratize access to the powers of AI while shortening deployment, ensuring AI alignment, accuracy, and low cost, as well as mitigating against hallucinations.

“Many enterprise AI projects have stalled due to complexity, cost, and accuracy problems. SeekrFlow addresses all those concerns and, being platform- and hardware-agnostic, makes it available no matter where the customer runs AI or where their data resides,” said Clark. “SeekrFlow puts AI development and deployment in the hands of more users and developers—not just enterprises—in a way that prioritizes simplicity and accuracy to build and run trusted AI.”

Key to the SeekrFlow platform is Principle Alignment, an intelligent agent that simplifies the process of aligning AI models to domain-specific knowledge and behavior, including company policy, industry regulations, or brand guidelines. This feature—which improves base model accuracy and relevance by 3x and 6x, respectively—autonomously augments data preparation for fine-tuning a large language model (LLM) based on customer inputs and needs. Additionally, Principle Alignment measures and self-critiques its outputs, and refers to human reinforcement as needed.

With SeekrFlow’s hallucination detection capability, enterprises benefit from Seekr’s confidence scoring—which operates down to the token level—helping to validate models for reliability, reduce errors, and increase transparency surrounding what impacts a model’s output.

“No enterprise wants to deploy a model to production and find out it is hallucinating, giving out wrong information, or a worst-case scenario, such as giving away its products and services for free,” noted Clark. “Seekr prioritizes developing foundation models built with responsibility and explainability at their core… We understand that 95% accuracy is not good enough for enterprises to rely upon, and we knew we had to give users the tools to measure and validate for accuracy and achieve the accuracy they require.”

SeekrFlow also offers a low cost, usage-based pricing model and compute optimization, as well as Automated Deployment, which allows customers to launch models in just five clicks while reducing errors and monitoring production health and performance via a visual, real-time dashboard. While SeekrFlow can run on any hardware or platform, Seekr’s multi-year collaboration with Intel empowers customers to deploy trusted AI with Seekr at a superior price-performance running on the Intel Tiber Developer Cloud, according to the company.
